The collar of his shirt doesn't look well cut, that is the only thing that I prefer to be better.

The collar has given me some problems, but I've only tried to iron it once. Not sure how it would respond should it be done at a more acute angle.

i missed the goodstufftogo ones. but i have a pair of harry potter ones that might work toht should be here this week. i wanna touch the toht too you know. feel left out

Not much love for the old Toht on here but I figured I would post some pics of what I did with him. Nothing major but I picked up some magnets (available at your local Michael's or craft store) and thought I would share. I placed the magnets inside the inner sleeve and inside of the coat so that they gave the coat a more natural appearance. Other than that all I did was use a little "Myatt" water-treatment and picked up a new pair of glasses for him. I think these Pro-Tips actually make Toht a pretty cool figure, check out the pics below.

I think there is lots of love for the Toht, just not the glasses. Yours looks great though, where did you get the glasses?

Those glasses look horrible IMO. Way too small, he looks too fat now.

What if someone cut the SS one's at the ends to make them not stick out so far?

Cut a small section out of the middle of the nose brim, and glued it back together....would that work?

I'm looking forward to repainting this. The glasses are already here. But I have the Exclusive coming, so it's gonna be a little while.

The mismatch in colors between the head/hands and base body is really distracting in every pic I've seen. Hopefully it's not that bad in person.

You know, I'm trying. I really am, but every pic I see of this makes me happier and happier that I cancelled. The face honestly looks like something Hasbro would put out. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the absolutely amazing detail that Hot Toys is putting out, but Sideshow has put out so much better than this themselves. It sounds like Indy will remain a stand alone piece for me. If Toht couldn't get me to turn this into a collection, I don't know what could.

The standard head is a bit disapointing, but thankfully there is the awesome melty head. Melty head is a no brainer to display anyway (for those getting the exclusive anyway).

Still can't believe we haven't gotten a notice for the exclusive yet. But if the Ark is being held up to be perfect, then I'm fine with it.

Call me a skeptic, but I have to think that the Ark is being held up due to QC issues with production and not because Sideshow fixed the sculpt and made it more accurate. I hope I'm wrong, though.

Seeing the stuff Hot Toys and Enterbay are doing these days makes it really tough for me to get excited about Sideshow figures anymore.

Godfather is cool and a great series but Indy > Godfather so to me it really doesn't matter the caliber of the Godfather 1/6th because I wouldn't get one.

That's fine. But it's also not the point at all.

Why can't we expect the same type of awesome detail that HT's Godfather figure has in our Sideshow INDY figures??

When directly compared, the difference in quality and attention to detail is staggering.

We should expect that but it is what it is. One of the reasons I am fully getting out of 1/6th except for Indy and The Dead (and Darth Vader ). I am not one to complain about it much, unfortunately Hot Toys doesn't have the licenses I really want so I can't switch there.
