I've sculpted a few stands for extra bio helmets for my hot toys preds.. I used stonex which is good for making bases and stands but not very good for much else. Iv been meaning to sculpt stands for my extra 1/5 predator heads..

Yea I can take a couple pics.

Also for now I've been using big magnets to display the spare 1/5 pred heads. Though I still plan to sculpt some better stands..

So this is one of the stands I sculpted for the hot toys pred bios.. I used stonex, simple but works.. Sorry for the bad quality pictures... I will post pics of the stands I make for the 1/5 preds when I get them finished. I was thinking of doing something similar to the wolf lsf stand with a magnet in it to secure the head better..

Wish I had the talent to attempt something like that. getting a simple cone shape was hard enough

Yea I'm not very good, still trying to learn how to sculpt better.. Not easy. Hard learning how to work with the sculpting material itself. I've been trying a lot of different things. Super sculpy , magic sculpt, paper clay..the paper clay is easy to work with and holds detail well, I believe its what Narin uses often.

This is a bit off topic but this is my Narin chopper kit, its 1:6 scale. Joe Dunaway built and painted it for me. It would be cool if it was a bigger scale but the sculpt is so cool..

looking good so far. I don't think it needs much detail.
Black might blend in with dreads too much if you want to try silver.
Did you get that pencil from IKEA?

That kit isn't intended to be screen accurate.. Has no netting and different trophy skulls. Meh.. I like the way it looks.

Making Chopper look good is quite a talent indeed We'll call it the Chopper mythos. It can depict him in his younger days before he found out about Cadburys chocolate.

Don't get me wrong I love the netting, it's still a cool kit though.. narin also did a chopper and Celtic with netting.. They are all hard to find so I couldn't be too picky..
He could have sculpted chopper with a beer belly, holding a doughnut instead of a skull

I think Ian Whyte was the tall guy..he also played wolf I think.

Chopper was a teenager in AVP...hadn't hit his growth spurt yet...Still had some growing to do......remember they were sent down for their trial.....lol
