Unless they can figure out how to do the "power" emblem which floats above the chest, I don't need it to light up unless we are talking a film version. Joker is absolutely perfect because at its essence it's a fully recognizable and beloved interpretation of a DC Character, I expect the same for all including GL which means give the man spandex.

I asked how long I would have to wait for a GL piece. His answer was "not long", when I asked hypothetically, how long, his answer was "hypothetically, next year"

Said it would be a PF. but PF doesnt necessarily mean cloth, just means mixed media. He said they were stretching the term "mixed media", and that GL would be completely sculpted and have light up action.

I wonder why DC has not given SS the licence for dios though.

They have to let DCD keep a bone or two!

Does this mean we may see 1/6 figures of Chris Nolan's soon to be Batman trilogy? I always drool over the Hot Toys Joker, so I'm wondering if a Sideshow version will ever be released. I'm new to this 1/6 scale collecting, so I'm already confused. Seems like Hot Toys is a huge rival, yet they partnered up with Sideshow for Bespin Luke?

I personally don't collect 1/6s but if Sideshow made some from the Green Lantern mythos it would be really hard to pass up.

Before I possibly spend $300-$500 on Hot Toy figures off eBay... Can someone please tell me if this means Sideshow can now produce Dark Knight 1:6 figures???

If so... then they're definitely going to do a Heath Ledger Joker. With the cash I'd have to spend for just 2 Hot Toys figures off eBay, I could probably get the whole Dark Knight line!

I only saw comic references in the license announcement and a SSC VIP said the Green Lantern they're doing is a comic version, not the film. So I wouldn't get your hopes up too high about film properties.
