Was just watching this movie again today. Classic.

As a kid, I was more fascinated with the Jockey than the titular alien.

I am really pumped for this piece, especially with how big it looks in the photo of it on the table. I will, however, be waiting for in-hand pics before I even budge. With Big Chap out of the game, and the Warrior LSB being my only alien piece, I'm out of ideas for how to display it, though. I originally planned to maybe have each LSB on both sides of this. So much for that. This + Warrior side by side would take up a lot of space. Could work in a Pax, but not a Besta. Honestly, I'm kinda starting to like the coffee table idea. :lol

I want this too, just got to wait to order locally and get a deal. I want a derelict ship in the same size it'd be awesome.

Yeah but SSC don't seem to make ships unfortunately. I'd hope Chronicle get the license to do so in future. Failing that, HCG may do one given they just teased a Nostromo.

It's a smaller market for a ship / jockey over the actual Alien itself for sure but I hope someone does one :)

Admittedly, I'm a little worried about this one. Paint apps havn't been too good of late. I bought the Legendary Scale Big Chap bust and that was a major disappointment.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but edition size is now listed as 1500.

At least we can safely wait for in hand pictures, gone are the days of small runs and missing out. I'd like to buy this one, I just have no idea where on Earth I'd put it? It's huge.

It's quiet over here. But mother of god do I want this :horror It's just so massive that I'm not sure I could display it without canceling current orders or things I want to order. Maybe I'll just put it on my bed...

What did you think of this piece zod?

It looks pretty good in person. Has some subtle paint effects in it--though who knows what will actually ship out. I'd like to get it but I don't want to pay the preorder price. Plus, I'm not sure where I'd put it. It's a decent sized piece.

I think they needed to compromise and think about collection space. Any larger base and you'd need a kitchen table to display it. I guess it would work as a nice vegetable tray though.
