Wow. I'm not a fan of the pose. This would have been so much better stood up like the cinemaquette but obviously in its own way. This would have been an instant buy and I've been waiting for it a long time but now.. I'm not so sure. I need full spec pics.

Scaling up the pipes would have been a better choice for the pose me thinks.
Looks nice, but I feel like I already own this piece.

I really like the pose My opinion on the pose is that the Alien in Aliens was a more crouching type of warrior, always climbing, clinging, and hiding/crouching on/in piping etc, way more animal or bug like, so I think this pose works really well to that film.

...and when they come out with Giger's Alien Maquette from ALien that is when we shall have the standing straight pose.

Finally, some pics have surfaced! I love it! But, has a price been revealed yet? With the outrageous price on the Vader bust, I am nervous this is going to be very high as well.

It seems Sideshow is charging more for these things. These maquettes and 1:1 scale busts use to be under a grand, now there over by 200 or more.

I agree that the prices are getting nuts. The Wolf bust was 900 and it looks amazing.

disappointing. Boring pose that we've seen before. Really not sure if I want it now that it's not in scale with the dog.

Paint ap is fantastic but knowing SS it'll be crap on production models.

Not sure how you could even say that, paint apps on the Dog alien were amazing and they should be on this as well.

Too much! I'm hoping to stay below $900! And the size justifies the lower price point. But I'm afraid with the Vader bust being so so much, this will be too!

I think its amazing the estimates are anywhere from $500 all the way to $1200!

Also, I wish SS would just solicit the price already!

dog alien was what $800... this guy will be $1200.

Dog was 1/3 scale and much bigger. How do you make out the smaller piece to be almost half of the original again? This should be no more than $550
