I actually think it's a pretty solid likeness... just maybe a bit idealized; but I think it matches the end scene pretty well:

mouth is a little bit off ,hair and hairline also ..hate the fangs too ..but instant purchase..for the most it won't have the insane price of the stylized version of beto..no offence given..

Looking at the Rocco sculpt, the Beto sculpt, some other customs I've seen on here, I'm thinking this is the best overall package for the price. Tailoring looks nice, weathering on the clothes (especially the pants) is killer, and the realism of the figure is there. Of course, this could very well change when they move on to the final product, but we'll have to see. Snake was a disaster.

I really hope they have plans to make some Deadites. Henrietta and Ed would be insta-buys.

Maybe a cabin environment too, but I'm getting way ahead of myself.

Looking at this, I can't stop thinking about updated AoD Hero Ash and Evil Ash... I'd buy them all.

Thats the part that makes me sad is that ssc puts so much effort in protos but none in the final product. And to make things worse they are jacking up their prices but making no new effort to quality. I mean all that face detail they are going to mess up on the mp is going to suck.

I'd pay a NRD today if I could. Mind blown? Of course not. Still far and away the best value for a fine figure. I'll take this over a $300-500 custom any day.

I think I will swap this for my AoD Hero Ash, but personally I think the existing Evil Ash is pretty damn good as is. You can tell they put way more effort into him.
