Why is seatc and usion separated?

Because the editor for vBulletin can't deal with words longer than 50 characters, so it automatically splits anything longer by adding a space.

Chat used to sensor "bank account" to "banweeweeount." It was funny the first few years. Now it's kinda blech because some feel the need that every year needs to have a catch phrase and fling ____ at the window hoping something will stick rather than let it happen naturally.

Honestly, I don't care.

Sideshow is obviously changing their business strategy. Lower edition sizes, NRDs, and as far as I can tell-- better QC. Although I bought fewer statues this year because I was more careful about preordering, everything I did receive was excellent. I can't say this has been the case since 2006. Yes, the promotions are getting smaller, but I don't care because I'd rather they invest in getting me the stuff I pay for in nice condition. I know they aren't entirely related, but I do think there is a very clear shift in the direction SS has been taking in the past year and a half.

Maybe a smaller number of prizes will mean they'll be focusing more on the close to home fans. And honestly, the economy worldwide is so pitiable that a company that produces fringe luxury items should be hedging as many of their bets as they can. China is increasingly becoming a bad place to do business. If recent events are any indication, they can't trust their factories (not that they were particularly reliable in the past).

I got my Spook kit Friday. Mort is cool as hell, orange mug, and I made a couple cups of coffee in a Keurig. On the large cup setting, it's good. Nothing fancy. Small cup setting gets a bit acidic. It was cool to see the whole team in the catalog thing, as well as seeing Guillermo del Toro and Frank Darabont featured.

I vividly remember that day in chat but never remembered WHO actually caused it to happen. You sir, are the father of awesomeness! The best part was testing the limits of the censor after that.
