Same here. First I've heard of there being a problem, but I'm sure one example is sufficient to pass judgement on the entire operation.



Nice first post, by the way. Unfortunately, the Star Wars section isn't like it used to be. There are bullies here now that insist on it being an enjoyable place to post.

I think my post was taken as me being overly critical or something and I apologize if that was what was perceived. I love everything about SS's products. I have had very few issues over numerous orders and their customer service has always been perfect. For whatever reason my rifle was broken upon delivery, and it was molded in two pieces as where it is broken there is a connector type plug at that point. Wasn't passing judgement on the operation..just letting folks know that I did in fact have an issue and to be careful with the rifle.

Again, sorry it the post came across as mean spirited, crass, or anything else against these great products. Certainly wasn't my intent.
