My flex is still the same...7-10-13

They automatically push back a full month if it won't be ready by the flex date. Those of us with payments due on the 5th will be pushed back to August, but it could very well be in stock shortly after July 5th. We will just have to call them and have our payments bumped up once it's on hand.

Though there is a chance they just don't have enough coming in the first shipment. My flex is still set for the 5th. I ordered within 30 minutes of it going up for PO.

I ordered the minute it went up...I don't know If that makes a difference....He's coming soon...I'm happy!

Looks a bit dodge to me. Last thing he sold was an iPhone case the rest is over 90 days old & have been removed but from buyers comments all I can see is he's sold things like necklace's & iPhone cases but now he's suddenly got 2 Exclusive Shaak Ti! Premium Format's a Deadpool Ex, Batman Ex but you never know.

I would be asking a little more if it was an EX. I would make sure you are within the 45 day window (of recieving the statue) with PayPal so you get protection & is covered.

but the news letter saying its shipping within 30 days

As for the Deadpool PF shipping, there is no date set yet. It isn't in their system with an arrival date to their warehouse right now. So it's going to be a few weeks or more.
