I am pretty sure that they have a separate inventory for replacements, the parts aren't taken out of the remaining pieces for sale.

Well I tried to get a replacement head for my chipped Psylocke and they had nothing. So Im stuck with it. the whole process is a hassle and frustrating. Dont want to be real negative but. . . ya know. Its always something with this company

All I can really say is wow. This thing is unbelievable. I have never seen anything like it. I can't even believe that they make collectables of this quality, it is ridiculous. I am staring at it right now and really can't stop. Like ever one says the scale is what really gets you.

A few minor issues. There is a paint chip on the black neck collar on the merc head and the knife on the leg was out of the sheath when it arrived cause the strap on the top of it is broke. I'll see if i can fix it. I'll also email side show about each issue. Happy to say that the paint and sculpt is absolutely perfect looks just like the pics on the website. Great stuff for sure.

Still having said that it really doesn't bother me I am just in awe of this thing. Truly something special. Being my first piece I didn't know what to expect. It is really heavy. Even the base which people were saying was light seemed heavy to me.

I could go on and on. It is truly an amazing piece.

It's great to have a positive mindset especially as a new collector when issues arrive but screw fixing it man. Ask sideshow or your retailer to replace him. Chips and broken pieces on a brand new $350 statue is not cool. Congrads on your first piece. This was a good time to start

I ordered direct. Yeah I wouldn't mind getting a new merc head but I really have no interest in having to risk a new piece coming just for that little thing with the knife holster. I mean this thing is flawless other than that. I really could care less. I know call me strange but to me I easily got my moneys worth with this. THe one thing I did notice is that the whole knife holster seem to be able to slid down his leg so many be they could sent me another holster with the knife in correctly and I could slid this one off possibly and a new one on. Who knows they might just offer me a credit also.

Deadpool 1:4 PF Regular 672/2500 - Sideshow

Very happy with this guy!! Originally I wasn't going to get him because I only have one other Marvel piece in 1:4 and most of the rest is either 1:6 or 1:5, plus I've never read a comic of his but after seeing in hand pics I had to jump and I'm glad I did. I'm now also very excited about the upcoming Omnibus.
The execution is awesome on him, the sculpt is perfect, the pose is great the base is nice, the box is brilliant. The paint is pretty much flawless as well but I do have a very minor defect on his harness. Nothing that warrants a refund though. The 2 heads are equally great but I do think the shading makes the merc head fit better on the body.
Get this guy while you can even if it's just the reg.

Even the base on this thing is awesome, love the look of the bullets. The wife is gonna freak when she gets home in the morning from work and sees it on my book shelf in our room. She is expecting it to be like my dc direct superman statue lol.

Also I did email them about my minor issues hopefully hear back soon but I am not sending this thing back. Hopefully get a replacement head and well see about the holster issue.
