I don't think it is. Just the belt, chest and the stand are light-up.

i think it's just the chest box............it says "lights".............but the belt says "light up effects"......<-----which probably means paint.

either way...........cool.

They don't look nice, aside from the Cathode sabers.

"Lights" = static, either ON or OFF.

"Light-up Effects" = active, blinking, strobing, changing state automatically when powered. 100% not "paint"

You should care if for pricing reasons alone, because it probably means the difference between $160 and $225 unfortunately.

Wow, looking good. Totally get that some don't care for the lights, but personally I'm glad if they added them to the chestbox and/or belt. I wasn't expecting that as SilentSurfer had said he'd painted them on the proto to look lit, so a nice surprise. Exclusive is pretty cool, too.

Obviously I care about that, and have said 100 times in the past I wish they wouldn't add them for that very reason. But given that that's out of my hands, all I can say with conviction is that I don't give a sheet about light up features on my dollies.

they point out lights on the belt and chest box, but not on the saber.

i will consnet that it is POSSIBLE it might still have it... but i doubt it.

My guess? the Light up saber was an expierement. the general consensus is that said expierement was a failure, becuase of how bad it looked.
