Locally popcultcha is your best bet at $299 delivered (link). I went with SS because I wanted the exclusive, but with the current currency conversion that was an expensive decision. It also doesn't help that this has a higher shipping cost (approx $20USD more) than previous figures.

On the other hand, popcultcha isn't due to get stock until March so the extra cost and extra parts might be worth it to you.

I'd also expect popcultcha to be putting it's price up on release like it has with other recent releases when they come in stock (e.g. DX13).
