Still no update to mine shipping. Very annoying considering it was fully paid as of wednesday. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday at the earliest for it to ship, which means I won't have it before I get to meet James Earl Jones.

I did. My final payment included the $10 charge.

Then I'm sure it'll be packed out. For me, for more expensive purchases, I always ask for a packout. But for Vader I actually forgot. But it was in perfect condition when I got it anyway. The shipper is pretty thick cardboard, and the item box itself is covered in a layer of bubble wrap. So this time I saved myself $10 and still got a pristine item. I might still ask for packouts on big Hot Toys items though cos they dont have the bubble wrap layer inside the shipper.

Paid it off 2 Wednesdays back! Finally, got a tracker then should be here by Thursday from what it revealed! Timely, i'd be back from my lo0ong weekend by the time it gets here!

Happy MLK weekend, everyone!

My shipping weight is 7lbs. That's been the reported non-packed out weight. Hopefully it is just an error on the system but we will see Thursday when I get it.

Does anyone know the regular packed out weight? A 2.4 pound difference seems pretty significant to add another box and some packing paper around it.

Just to be sure, the regular head doesn't have the studded collar? Mine doesn't have one, but just wanted to check. Seems odd considering they included a sculpted back of the head that shouldn't be seen.

Nevermind. I found the answer.

Not if you factor dimensional weight, which is probably the determining factor on such packing.

In the same boat as others.

Last flex taken on the 15th. No confirmation. No email reply to my question about what was happening. No change in status.

Has anybody had to wait longer then 2 days for a response about a defective head? Mine has tiny splotches of red on his grill area. I sent them an email on wed and haven't heard anything back yet. Should I email them again or wait?

...as with every EX i've bought i almost always request their pack out feature. Strange though before they used to send me packed out email confirmation. My Vader package comes in at 9.30 lbs

Wishing hard my vader wouldn't give me any concerns!

I got my replacement head for the one that had a scuff mark on the dome. Unfortunately, the replacement head's nose is only half painted the silver it's supposed to be.

I had an issue and I emailed them Monday, got responded wed, I sent pics wed, Thursday got email that replacement was shipped out.

I think I recall hearing they were closed half day today, so I'm sure you'll hear back Monday.
