I'm only collecting Tatooine characters... but this Hoth Han with taun taun just might convert me.

I wonder if one will come with a belly that can open and be chock full of Taun Taun guts.

Just boil some macaroni and lay them out. After a day or so they should smell bad on the outside. :D

You can move the legs, arms and head on the Hasbro. That doesn't mean it has much variety in posing. :) IMO, the legs are only good in one specific position each. The head only good within a few degrees off center, otherwise it looks unnatural. The arms are the best place to play with posing, and frankly, on these new figures, it's just not that big a deal.

Yep, I'd agree with that. There really isn't a lot of sense in making either the Dewback or the Tauntauns articulated. The articulation, like you mention, would be very limited and the joint lines unsightly.

If they covered this thing in real fur and provided a nice brush along with it, the articulation could be made sweet with the underlying seams hidden. ;) But since that's not the case, meh.

It is just a statue, as is the Dewback.

It's too bad for the people who want them to be more like toys, but I'm good with it. What I wouldn't be good with is a Wampa or Rancor that has no articulation. That would be pointless.
