Oh man, I couldn't agree with you more. I was a Marvel comic book collector since the mid 70s and I completely checked out about 3 years ago on buying any Marvel titles due to all these forced changes. The movies are actually closer to the comics than the comics themselves. Marvel should create new compelling characters not shoehorn other existing ones into taking the place of established Marvel icons.

Sorry to get off topic, COH Wolverine 1st appearance head and I'm good to go. Hopefully the price won't be too outrageous.

Right on I have no issue with different race and gender characters.. Just dont take the ones we know and love and change them. Create some new exciting characters. I remember when venom burst on to the scene.

I hear ya quad. However, at least we've all seen the prototype at SDCC. So, we are nearing the end game soon (I hope).

If we didn't see the prototype already, I wouldn't have been surprised if it turned out to be another 3 year wait. Just seeing the proto at SDCC made the wait and pending PO date easier to bear.

No kidding. Just seeing it in person at SDCC made it real.

That's what happens when something promised is withheld for so long. It just doesn't seem real. Even if announced, there's doubt. Then you see it person ...and the doubt starts to fade. Can't wait for the PO for this.

Not a chance. The price tag alone on this will keep the ES at a reasonable amount. Especially if this clocks in at around $900 or so.
