He'll probably be 1/4. However, he's technically a MAQ so he can also be bigger or smaller. Thanos essentially turned out to be a 1/3 scale statue. We'll just have to wait and see. My guess is he'll be at least 1/4 scale. Nobody wants a small looking Juggy in their collection.
