They sent me a tracking # for GR last Wednesday but for some reason the number isn't working.... I need to call them this AM.

Oops, just checked while I was typing this... turns out GR arrived today!

But the DollTV stuff is still set to arrive tomorrow.

Hmmm... I called them and they claimed there was some sort of issue with the tracking number but that it should arrive by Wednesday. I then called UPS and they said this does happen, just not very often. Still, it sounds like your tracking was a little wonky as well. Two additional days for it to come from NY to CA as opposed to NY to OK seems about right...

I'm really happy with Blackbeard. You can't tell me when you look at the paint job on this figure that SS's quality of paint apps has not decreased in the past few years. I sold my Monty Python figures last week and when I was boxing them up I couldn't help but think the same thing... They're not HT production level paints but at the same time they're clean and well done.... The production paints on some of the GI Joe figures look as if they're the ones that were done years ago. Anyway, I'm going to darken up his coat to look more of a dark burgundy color and also darken up his belts... The sculpt is just fantastic.

Totally agree... when I was first collecting 1/6 figures Sideshow was easily doing the best work around. Just compare their figures from 10 years ago to the early MMS Hot Toys figuresn like Reese or Hicks.

Seems like around the time they got the Star Wars license there has been a decline in the work and they've also made some questionable decisions like cast-in color heads w/minimal paint work. Seems they're hitting a good point again, but its taken far too long.

I bought that Blackbeard also and Because I have a highland games coming up on saturday I got a Duncan McCloud to bring me luck with the Caber and reall cheap too $15.99. They have some Amazon Prime thing that will speed up your shipping, I just need to cancel when my items ship or they will charge $79.99 for a year.

No kidding... the days of $20-$40 Sideshow figures will be missed. Although occasionally a SW figure will sell for that little; Yavin Luke anyone

Good pick up on the black knight... easily one of my favorites; I have him displayed in pieces

Since this picture was taken I had Arthur repainted, looks much better... always felt his paint work was too heavy handed especially around the beard.

I'm tempted by the Python figures, just don't really have space for them. I have the OG Knights, Patsy, French Taunter and Black Knight. If I could score a Ni Knight for a decent price I'd be more inclined to pick up the entire set... but his price is pretty steep these days

Also saw the NECA mini busts of Jack Sparrow and Barbossa for $10 and $8 and the 18" talking Hartigan from Sin City for $7. Those are sounding tempting to me.
