That image of Supergirl was specifically created for a convention in the Philippines. I'd love to get a print of that one but he wasn't selling them at SDCC.

They're $40 cheaper than the usual framed prints, but they're also smaller.

A previous CotD print has a framed size of:

26.50" H (673.1mm) x 20" W (508mm)

While these ones are:

24.375" H (619.13mm) x 19.75" W (501.65mm)

Not a major difference, but some didn't like the Trinity size difference, so I thought I'd warn people in advance in case they missed it!

I'm passing on them. Knowing Sideshow, they'll do another set of 3 for other COTD characters and they'll be from a different artist and a different size so they won't match this set.

Yeah, I think they need to watch the sizes. I know a lot of people like uniformity when it comes to what they have on their walls. It's not always needed, but sometimes it just looks better, depending on where and how they're displayed.

I think keeping the ES at 100 was smart for this set, and while I may eat my words, I'd have to think that they'll stick around for a bit as the style is very niche. I'm thinking these are for CotD die hards that really want everything.

It would help if Sideshow had more than one COTD statue out. It's aggravating seeing them all over a year ago at SDCC and only Queen has been released since. Putting a few up for preorder is nice but when they keep getting delayed interest is being lost in the line. Ideally, they should have 2-3 getting shipped a year. It really will be at least a decade before someone has the whole set on their shelves if they keep at the pace they're going so far.

They should've done prints for Jean Grey and Emma Frost by ArtGerm and those will sell out quickly.

That's true! The delays that have hit recently are pretty bad. I get that there's not much that could've been done about the strike, but look at Machiko...I don't really have any understanding of the delays between shipments on that one. As for the CotD line in general, it's very true.

I didn't know the Queen was the only one that had shipped so far! I know they've shown the production image of Kier, which has people excited, but it's true, I think it'd help to already have a few statues out before constantly pushing out very niche art prints and jewelry.

Watch she's gonna sell out just as fast as Batgirl and then there's gonna be upset people for not planning to get her sooner. With me I got no choice my PG print is coming in 2 weeks so I gotta have her.

My Terminator print should be arriving Monday. Very excited for it and I just ordered the Skaar Print and I was able to use the summer coupon on it so got $20 knocked off of it.

Saw this in the e-mail that went out this morning...looks like Artgerm has already started the art print, and it's the Sideshow PF that was on display at SDCC. Of course, her face and hair look 100x better here than they did on the statue, and I'm sure it'll look great still, and will sell out in a few hours, but I'm really not a big fan of the pose.

It looks like less of a salute here, and more like she's blocking the sun, but I was never a big fan of what they did with that arm to begin with. It'll still be cool to see the final product, but for some reason I thought it was going to be a unique piece.

I think it's a certainty that it was a Jean print that Marvel blocked them from releasing a couple of months ago.
