Thanks. I found a privately owned business in my area that does it in-house. Hobby Lobby and Michaels's send theirs out to get it done. I paid 197 for each 1 cause they got museum glass which the framer told me was better than conservation glass even though they both have UV protection. The museum glass has no glare which is the clear choice. I think the place that SS uses only gives a basic glass with no UV protection.

I don't think that's true. Well at least the one's I go to. They all have in store framers. I get all of my autographed jerseys framed and mounted at Hobby Lobby and they all do it in store.

I went to Michael's and they had a big area in the back which I thought was clearly for framing, but they told me they send theirs out to get it done. That would explain why their prices for framing are so expensive. I had a 65% off to frame 1 print and after the discount, it came out to $306 plus tax. 1 of the employees at Michael's told me that Hobby Lobby send theirs out as well, but guess I was misinformed just to get my business. But I ran out the door after getting my ridiculous quote. I will find out for sure, now that I know that at least in your area for sure they do it in-house. Maybe their prices are better than my framer.

i can't speak for michaels as i have never done any framing work there, but hobby lobby i know for sure does it in house. again, at least the ones i go to.
