Are you sending her back? I've yet to receive a damaged item from sideshow, but I've just started collecting sideshow statues. I'm wondering what most people do with chipped items. I'm sure it depends on the extent of chipping, but let's say you get a statue with a small chip under foot (not visible), would you send statue back or just keep it and avoid the hassle (maybe have a small refund for the issue)?

I dont think ill send her back and jus try to fix the chip myself only cuz I know I wont get a new body for months. Just sucks. Its my first damaged statue from them. However my sabretooth pf paint has flaked in a few places.

Ok I'll say I have to eat crow. While I would have preferred the original EX head I am happy with the one that shipped. I had originally planned to open them both and trade the one I didn't want. But after seeing the EX I have decided to keep her. Even though the regular is #25.

I felt kind of dirty unwrapping her body from the paper. The only issue I have is a lipstick smudge on the lipstick but it's not worth replacing.

Got mine and take some pictures. It has one damage (crack) that i notice do i have to send it back and ask for replacement

Congrats on the new addition joeprox. With us being here on Cali. SS usually asks us to send them back especially when the damage is something they'll be able to fix in house.

That sucks Joe. Haven't gotten my response yet as well, most likely by tomorrow. What I want to know is would the paint flaking be a problem down the road or just on our pieces...

Yea mine has the paint chipped on the band on her left leg. Her hairline is aces tho.

Looks good to me. Overall the only thing I wish they had done was make the highlights in her hair more visible.

Is it the eyes? The paint on the 1st one while a crack/flaking on the 2nd head?

The eyeliner is a little sloppy on both. Mostly the reg head. There is a little black from the eyeliner on the white of the eye on the EX, too. The Paint on the lips of the reg is a bit sloppy, too. I suggest he shows the pics to SS customer service and ask them if he can get a better one. If they have better ones, why not ask? If not, it is ok, considering these pics are about 4X larger than life on my 22 in. monitor. It doesn't hurt to ask. Mine are better than his, BTW. I have seen other people's pics of theirs that look better than his, too.
