What about the Reign Of Fire Dragon Bust? I know it's numbered to 200 but there was a bit of a QC problem with it so maybe there aint 200 out there?

Yes, but we have to go by the "official" edition size. I know of several products that may not have been produced to the full edition numbers. The Bernie Wrightson Bronze Frankenstein is rumored to be less than 20 pieces actually produced...
