None for my Boromir either but am expecting they will have fixed it by the time he ships. (sighs)...what I coulda done with 5500 points (I've added up all the orders I've gotten from them so far). But am happy I'm getting anything at all...this is just icing on the cake.

I'd hate to go in and add up all the points I'd have if they counted all my direct SS orders.

how can you tell which items you got "available" points for? I wish they added a feature like the one where you can see all of your pending products and points.

The products listed at the bottom are your pending points. As far as what items you got points for that is not listed. That is one we'll just have to figure out ourselves.

Thanks for being patient with us as we work through the inevitable bugs that come with launching a new program with such ambition! This thread has been valuable in helping pinpoint problem areas, so thanks! If you have a problem and haven't emailed Customer Service yet, you can feel free to do that as well. In the emails, always refer to your specific order numbers and user name to help us find your orders, and please continue to have patience! :duff

Dusty when you get a chance can you check in to why I'm not showing any points for purchasing the SSE Dracula PF over Spooktacular? Thanks.

On Edit - sorry, from now on, please don't PM me about these questions - the most efficient way to deal with any Sideshow Rewards bugs would be to submit a Customer Service Request Form (https://www.sideshowtoy.com/custserv/) detailing your order number and exact question. Thanks :duff

I just cancelled my John Wayne PF and Yoda 1:1 bust and placed new orders for both, as they have yet to sell out. Neither were going to get me reward points, as the Duke was ordered in February and Yoda at SDCC. Now with the new orders, both items will get me some points when they ship.

Bam!! 800 points!!!

:chew

(Of course, my current point amount went down from 140 to 139. What happened to that point?!?)

Its the fee for outsmarting the system and getting the extra points.

I thought Dusty said you don't get any points for waitlist conversions?

Dusty, if a wait list item (after May 2006) get's converted into an order, would you get points for that too?

SideshowDusty said:
As of right now, Wait Lists are not affected by points, either earning or redeeming. But it is something that we'd like to add at a later date, once the programming can be completely worked out. Consider this the 'Beta' test of Sideshow Rewards, with the possiblity of additional benefits at a later date ;)

Maybe since it rounds up the price ($59.99 = 60 points) by canceling those two it caused it to round down a point????

I have always thought it was strange stores have things for sale at $X.99. Everyone rounds up that one cent when they talk about the price right? I personally don't think the price is better because of the .99 part :lol Then there is Wal Mart. Their cents are just confusing to me.
