Well, Rhino is completely hunched over and is charging. That just gives off the appearance that Spidey is bigger than he really is. The BiB and Iron Spidey are 1/4 scale pieces. The original Spidey Com is the one that is a huge beast. That piece is clearly larger than 1/4 scale. BiB and Iron Spidey are just right scale wise.

That's what marvel lists him at. Besides, do we really want to start talking about weight and this Com all over again? Let's just say SSC did a great job of making him look huge and beastly. Rhino really is a great looking statue.
