Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

COMICS FTMFW!!!! Why do you think I'm not hot on Iron Man Sideshow statues from the movie.

Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

:exactly: No movie versions in my PF collection.

except for......maybe.....the Cap movie PF....but need to see it first.:monkey3

To me, it's almost something that is dated and not timeless like the classics. The new era will never know dis :gimli

clas·sic
1.
a. Belonging to the highest rank or class.
b. Serving as the established model or standard: a classic example of colonial architecture.
c. Having lasting significance or worth; enduring.

Another reason why I've been focusing on classic Sideshow products & just a select few of the newer products. The original Cap PF is my next objective after the current transaction I'm in is completed by the end of May.

Is that the movie version, I spit on all move versions of Marvel :monkey1 (statues)

I agree with you for the most part. However, I did make an exception for the modern Ghost Rider maquette. That MOFO looks bad ass. Villafane is an incredible sculptor and I just had to have that piece.

Your collective disbelief...is palpable. Perhaps it is beyond your capabilities to truly comprehend the realms that exist far beyond the fields you know. So be it. Mine own path, then, becomes painfully obvious... ... Never have I placed such trust in warriors that do not share my immortal blood. Perhaps it is not prudent to start now.

It is not the one with the greatest power which is important!! It is the one who uses his power wisely...in the cause of justice! No mortal will ever defeat Odinson I say to you Nay!!!!!!!! We are gods, 'tis our purpose to set right the path of lesser beings. (ok spidey fans i will let you have your thread back)

To further increase this fiery rivalry. :monkey3

lol agreed...I love the hint of comedy in comic battle scenes..."AND SHUT UP" :rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

I think it's not so much a rivalry about whose best because both characters ROCK. I think it's more of an issue about what character you have more pride for. Celtic's words exemplifies all I find kick ass about Thor.

Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

The fact that marvel makes hulk even be able to pick up thors hammer i find laughable.....truly a sad point in marvel history... bah ill just forget it even ever happened case solved.

Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

Hulk can only lift the hammer with Thor's hand on it though. The same does for Red Hulk. But what's Thor without his hammer? A super human who can't even fly without his hammer. I find it strange that he was zap with a taser and almost or just about knocked unconscious in the new movie. Shouldn't the god of thunder have some immunity against electricity?
