Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

Just curious if anyone has ever ttaken the time to touch up the black lines on his costume and if they would be so kind to add some pics as I am considering having mine done.

Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

A friend of mine asked me if Id be willing to sell him my Spidy Comiquette as I do not have it on display at the moment. To be honest I feel tempted. Itis a great piece and one of the best Spiderman representations ever, but with all the new stuff comming the money would come in at a very good moment... He asked me to name a price but made already clear he wont be willing to pay ebay BIN prices. What is the average rate for tis at the moment? I am really ot sure wether I should sell it or just keep it. Room for display will be available again in May whe we have moved over in our house. At the moment it wont have a playe that is save enough and I really would hate to see this baby falling to the ground and be broken into parts... I was really looking forward to display this one with the upcoming PF Joker and Batman and add a Iron Man to have my 4 favorite characters on display... Not sure though... Maybe a future Spidey PF might be better... Any opinions? :)

Are you suggesting that the new stuff would be better than this? Don't let your excitement for the new stuff blind you to the greatness of the stuff you have. So what if you don't have it on display. You have it. It's already worth double what you paid. If you are a Spider Man fan, you won't sell. Will there be another Spiderman statue? Probably. Will it be the same pose? Unlikely. If yours has nice paint, don't sell. If, on the other hand, it doesn't, and you want a better one, then I might consider selling, but still, a bird in the hand...

Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

Is there anyone selling or trading a Spiderman Comiquette?

Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

Friend or no friend! If he doesn't want pay what they are going for on eBay. I'll keep my Spider-Man Comiquette and let him still be on the hunt for one of his own. Maybe because he's your friend give him like a $50 break or free shipping. LOL...Free Shipping!

Note the current ebay price and sell it to him 6 months from now, based on the noted price. That way you'll still gain value and he'll have time to save up. And if he's not your friend anymore by then, you can sell it for even higher. Win-win to me.

What's the average price of this piece going for now? I saw a listing on ebay going for around 1200, but I am usually skeptical of ebay most days.

If money can be made they will. They will. I like the new suit so I hope the pose is similar to this:

Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

Really? Who would pay $150-$200 more for a print?:panic:

A lot of collector's would..

:lecture:lecture:lecture

Sure I'll sell my print for $200. Any takers :monkey1

No it doesn't work that way, it's a set the statue and print. That's the $$$ and the collectible at hand.

I don't think it's just because of the print but also how it says "exclusive" on the base. Go figure. :dunno
