Anyone know what I should look for to make sure I m not getting a fake for this?

i don't think you have to worry about fakes for this one. none that i've heard of, just that sometimes the painted lines tend to get a bit sloppy.

It's probably going to be something quite expensive like a Thor pf ex or cap pf going by the prices I've seen sad times I would love a red and blue Spidey got the iron Spidey but not the same

I believe Cap and Thor are still worth more, Spidey's price didn't start to jump until last year. But same here, I Love my Iron Spidey because I love Spider-Man but I will ALWAYS have a huge hole in my collection until I get this comiquette.

Of course the price has gone up in value, and it'd be silly to not expect to pay a good amount for this now but I'm till searching for a reasonable deal on this and BiB Spidey. Spidey's #1 fan needs them!

best would be to be patient and score a new exclusive which u might not really need in the future and use it as trade bait, or better still try to score 2 ex, of any new dc line like maybe superman ex

I don't have anything I'd want to trade now and would rather just buy, but going forward that's a good idea.

This is THE Spidey statue to own IMHO. Best one I've seen. The price on this will only go up. It's not only one of the best Spidey statues available, it's also one of the best statues SSC has ever released.

this is not real antique, as soon as a new 1/4 spiderman comes out, the price will drop... $750 is already extremely high.

Yeah, sorry Bro. Not a fan of the PF at all. The fabric kills that piece for me. I'm very glad SSC released a 1/4 scale fully sculpted Spidey. Hey, it's all good. What's most important is that we both have what we want.

Yeah, PF definitely beats this guy in the paint department. I don't mind the cloth on the PF, but the sculpt doesn't work for me. Head particularly.

Comi is the best spidey out there.

Just hoping SS continues to churn out this level of high-end sculpts in regards to the rest of the essential villains. Doc ock, goblin, lizard, vulture, sandman should be high on their priority list. Just don't water it down SS, with sub-par sculpts/artists, off scales, & ridiculous pricing!

If they can maintain this high level, this will be deemed one of the best series SS has ever produced.
