They didn't hint it, but SS will repeat characters with the same or similar look in the same format. Look at Venom Lifesize bust, upcoming Red Skull & Jack Sparrow PFs, and MJ Com. For Spidey you could always do more traditional eyes (like the LSB had) and underarm webs to make it different.

Plus the amount of new collectors. Even on this board, which represents only a part of the total collecting population, a lot of new collectors have joined since last year, including me. From a business PoV there's just too much money for SS to make from those of us who started our collections after the Spider-Man Com. I can see it happening in a few years.

For the collector that has this Spidey I can see how you'd hope they don't do a new one because you want other characters. SS expressed prioritizing more PFs, so we'll get new characters anyway (Hawkeye, Spider-Woman) mixed with repeats (new Emma & Punisher currently in design). 2010 wasn't that long ago so I think most people don't expect a traditional Spidey in 1/4 this soon, but I think we're kidding ourselves to think it will never happen again.

I'm still after this but I'm hoping the LSF pops up in the next yr & looks AMAZING.

Q.Any chance you guys working on an original Punisher Premium Format Figure? You know, white boots, original skull logo, white gloves, etc?


A new Punisher is in the works, although we’re not ready to spill the beans just yet on the exact look. Except that he’s awesome, so awesome that he’s rather intimidating even in his raw sculpt form.

Well said punisher comiquette is the best depiction your going to get of the character.

I'd like a new Punisher PF and can't wait to see what they'll deliver. The Com is ok. It's just one version of a character that has had tons of interpretations. It can be equaled or topped by something new.

That's not an easy thing to do. The Punisher Com is one of the finest Com's EVER made by SSC. It would be very hard to top.

Knowing SSC, this may possibly be a Franken Castle PF.

They don't have to top it though. If its different enough it very well may be just as good because they're not trying to top it. I think they wouldn't redo a character unless they thought it worthwhile but we shall see.

I think they should do a Scarlet Spider PF, easy to make and if done right should be awesome. Sculpted with fabic sweat shirt and leather pouches on ankles and belt(a lightup feature on belt would be great too).

OK Guys someone explain me this. SS has released a Thor Pf from the movie, and also Captain America Pf from the movie too. Does this means that the next Spiderman pf will be from the outcoming movie The amazing Spiderman?
