I imagine the Shadowtroopers to be a Con Exclusive... not for everyone, making it the perfect choice... it is a no brainer... save the Sandtroopers for the masses.

The Medicom Sandtroopers were already an SDCC exclusive, so I hope when Sideshow makes theirs, they are regular releases since people will want multiples of them like the stormtroopers.

I canceled by Exclusive today as well as Vader. I hardly have any 12" SSC and I think I got caught up in all the excitement. I'll just wait it out til a good PF version comes out. As far as Vader... well whenever I have the money to afford that one I may jump on it, but would rather have an ESB or ROTJ version.

No way I'd cancel Vader or the Stormie... I'd rather sell other stuff if needed. These are at the top of the "most wanted" list and if SDCC is an indicator of what we'll get (which definitely should be for Stormies) I'll be a happy camper

Personal preference, not unanimous among all Sideshow collectors. I'm all for getting what you truly want and not what the hype is about.

I think it's more to prevent you from kicking yourself later and going "Damn! I had the money after all...WHY DID I CANCEL THAT PREORDER?!?!"

...followed by breaking down sobbing. Or something like that

I have preorders I regret cancelling, but I was able to pick them up later on.

No heroics. I just don't own many Sideshow 12". I have 1 to be exact, and even that one is for sale.

I have 2 Premium formats in hand (and 2 on definite order), 1 lifesize bust, and a lifesize Salacious. Not a big fan of the 12" line.
