it sucks as hell indeed...pfff...first The Joker pf, than Freddy Krueger and now Babydoll...makes me wonder why i keep on buying stuff from Sideshow?...just mailed the pics to the shop where i bought it.

Wow sorry to hear this. I hope you get a replacement. Its a great statue. Seems like you ay have gotten a return from some else. I recieved something similar on a LD replacement. Way too many QC issues but they won't offer a full replacement on LD so I sent it back.
could it be? so someone returns his and in the shop they put it back to sell again?
it has happened in the past, despite what Sideshow says.

I agree the nose part must qualify for a replacement. They should get you a new head but there's a chance you must agree to let the other problems go. This is how this new policy often works now. See email I recieved:

I have asked them to sell me some damaged pieces but they said it is their policy to not send out returned statues, so instead of making some $ off of damaged returns they would rather trash them
I would love to customize an exc spider woman but not paying the prices on the secondary market for her.

That nose looks like the one I received, luckily that was the only defect. After about 2 weeks, they finally got back to me & shipped me a new head (I had to send them pics of the original one, destroyed).
Their QC obviously sucks, and they must count on a certain % will not be returned.
