Didn't know George Reeves was in MOS

It gets pretty annoying to see people say Reeves when they mean Reeve all the time especially since George Reeves was my favorite superman for the longest time (even over Chris Reeve). I just got tired of correcting folks

Actually I meant Reeve's Movies... far as I know George Reeves was never in a Superman movie only the TV Show..... But my apologies for not putting a '

It ain't the movie, it's the statue. Check out the thread I started today about the ResinWorx MOS statue, which is AWESOME.

The SS MOS PF is a very nice piece. The only people who truly hate it are the folks who never ordered it, or returned it without ever having put it on display (and a handful of miscreants too, I assume). That said, it doesn't hold a candle to the Resinworx piece, but that's an extremely limited 100% custom piece that is nearly three times the price. Very similar to custom 1/6 figures that are out there that are awesome, but sell for $1500 or so...

All that said, I'm actually considering that Resinworx piece....it's THAT good.

My new bed would be in the van if I bought that resinworx statue. My wife would not let me even have the couch. But that statue blows my mind away. How limited is the es of it? Is shipping limited to Europe and Asia only? Sorry for newb questions, but I am new to statues guys. Thanks.

Man if it was batman I would most likely get it. Bats first favorite, then Superman. I remember watching the George Reeves Superman show and then 66 batman show on reruns back in the early 70's. That is my first exposure to super hero's.

I've seen a few mentions that the ES on this one is 150, but that's not official. I preordered it, and expect the shipping cost to be painful, but I just love the statue.

I suspect my resinworx thread was deleted by the mods because it's an unlicensed statue. My bad.

How do they get away with doing an unlicensed statue? You would think with a huge company like DC, they would shut it down. Man I wish I could justify getting it. The price tag plus shipping is high. But man worth it. Wife would kill me.

They're only doing 100 statues (I believe), and they tell you these are not for commercial use and if your buying it, is because your starting up a statue company and your using it as sample to try and strike a deal with DC to sell them. So I guess technically that's legal. ((( Shrug )))
