Sideshow: The Clint Eastwood Legacy Collection (1:6 figures)

For me Josey Wales is the most eagerly awaited 1.6 scale figure I have ever sought bar none. William Munny I reckon shall be as good.

The Outlaw Josey Wales is my favourite Eastwood western, but ironically I've never been able to get into Unforgiven. I'll have to give it another try.

I'm glad Sideshow managed to get their act together for the Josey figure. I can finally retire my Redman, and turn him into something else.

Interesting my friend. The Outlaw Josey Wales has from the first viewing been the definitive western it has it all. 17 years passed in the blink of an eye and I saw Unforgiven, it is a masterpiece, but I was not sure if it was better than The Outlaw Josey Wales. Some viewing and consideration later I believe it is as good, both films deliver but in different ways. It is interesting to hear that Mr Eastwood held the rights to Unforgiven for some 20 years waiting for the right time for him to do the picture. It is a journey that many like you and I share. So if asked which is better The Outlaw Josey Wales or Unforgiven, I reply " I reckon so"

Hmm, kinda looks like an older version of their Blondie sculpt. Not nearly as strong as their last two.

Look at that tiny barrel. Most iconic scene and he can't even hold it. This should have a regular sculpt without hat, but that likeness is back to square one after Josey and Preacher.

I agree the barrels do not look right, however upon reflection and looking closely at the real W Richards shotgun 10 gauge it is probably close.

Yea sculpt is a bit of a miss on this one but looks like it was sculpted by Yixie as well judging by the info on the product page. Wonder what happened?

$290 is also stupid crazy for this.

I really wish the coat looked a bit thicker and bulkier on him as well. It basically just looks like a long blazer in the Sideshow version. Lol

This is the character I have been waiting for. This is the only Clint Eastwood figure I need. Not only is it my favorite western - I think it's the best western. So I've been anxiously awaiting/hoping an announcement. But I'm just not feeling it the way I had hoped . I wish it was more in line with that wonderful Josey Wales figure.

I like many shall bite the bullet and preorder hoping Sideshow take on the positive comments and make improvements. Once I have Munny in hand I shall take a long look and if necessary do what needs to be done to make him mine.

I think it’s ok, just not worth the price. Likeness is better than the SS Blondie. A bit of a bummer because Munny and Blondie are the two I were most excited for.

I'm going to echo the sentiments in this thread. Very disappointing. Especially considering how with the exception of Blondie they were on an upward trajectory. Sadly, I'm most likely going to purchase. These are the kind of figures I love.
