The Redman knockoff is fine for what it is, and does have some potential @Raymond F. Seeing how Josey turned out, I hope they continue with the overall quality of the upcoming releases.

I've been wanting to take use the Blondie figure (still in his box) and use the unhatted Trevor Grove sculpt with the outfit, but haven't done so yet. I know the boots are likely only compatible with SS ankle joints.

Would love to see that Mr. E! Love the original TG sculpts 👍 Not sure about the boots, but worth a shot. I took my Josey boots off just now and they might work with other ball joints. Took a quick look at the lower body and it’s not as bulky as others, so the pants might be an issue too.

Blondie is hands down the weakest of all the head sculpts. Preacher and Josey look excellent; even the Harry’s look pretty good.
I wouldn't be too sure about weakest sculpt, perhaps it's the paintjob. This black and white photo I did really shows how good the sculpt is. In my experience the biggest complaint I have with sideshow is the paintjobs for every figure in the batch is very incosistent compared to hot toys.

A toy vendor had me inspect a Jack Burton figure once and he was kind enough to make me swap my head with his display figure's head. The head I got had a paintjob on the mouth and eyes that looked so incosistent that they almost looked like 2 different people.

Considering that these are the first and possibly last officially licensed figures of him, these may perhaps be the last great pieces of merchandise we get before Clint passes away and scalpers jack the aftermarket price

Could you by any chance show if the paintwork on both the variants are different? I'm still wondering if Sideshow actually considered improving the paintjob a bit in the brown suit headsculpt.
Sorry, I didn’t buy the first release of Harry. If you look up in the previous post #1805 you can see both versions side by side from stinger’s pics. The paint looks about the same on both.

I find what is wrong with a lot of Sideshow figures is the hair. My eyes are drawn to the hair. It looks like big chunks, rather than individual strands. It's as if they don't sculpt the hair in finer details, and it hurts the sculpts.

Here is Hot Toys upcoming Anakin. Look at the hair, it's looks like each hair us individually sculpted. Sidewhow and other 1st party companies need to really work on the hair sculpts and yes their paints also.

Sideshow really need to have better paints...
Blondies has a GREAT sculpt, the paints make it look not too great. I have the figure and upon analyzing it, it's a very nice spot on sculpt but the paint is detracting.

Here's some better light. Looks like darker paint on the lips and around the eyes

Any chance you can do a photo with the first harry figure wearing the glasses?

Also, for the Josey Wales figure, where exactly is his 4th gun supposed to be housed? The promo pics he's got 2 guns for his belt holsters, and 1 for his inner holster. Is there a 4th holster. Also what exactly is this hook in his inner jacket. Does it hook onto another end, what does the entire mechanism look like?

No 4th holster the pistol goes behind the gun belt at the waist in the front. The clasp connects to the other side of the jacket, but leave it as is for easy access to the shoulder holster inside.
Any chance you can do a photo with the Initial Harry figure wearing the glasses?
