If one more person (especially a newbie) comments on how dealing with kids isn't safe, I swear I'm gonna lose it. Don't lump any of us in with PVA here, or anyone else who has wronged a buyer. Elder and I are both minors and have sold plenty. We have the positive feedback to prove it. I love how matter-of-factly you're getting with this, when in reality, you're assuming things without doing the proper legwork. IE, what every newbie seems to do when they first join SSF these days.
But go ahead, take pride in your age, as a seller and as a buyer. As if it even makes a difference if the guy you deal with is 25+ years old, but has the responsibility and maturity of someone under 10. :slap

You are 15 from what I gather from this thread, so don't lecture me. :lol Verbosity doesn't equate to intelligence or maturity. You'll learn that pretty quick in college, if you make it that far. :slap

This is why you NEVER deal with kids. I don't even got to places where kids prepare food... YUK! PM's people, PM's for all this crap. Lock this thread. :monkey4

Hahaha I am 17 and at least know how to use proper grammar. :lol I don't even got to places with arrogant ***** like yourself.

And you should know better than to egg on a bunch of kids. Shame on you. :slap

Because what you're doing isn't? :huh

Tell you what newb. Come lecture me when you've dropped both your testies and put in some time here. Until then, it's just more hot air from a wannabe Jr. Woodchuck with no friends that ain't long for this place.

True... it doesn't. But someone is more likely to do business with someone who can at least type correctly. You say "verbosity doesn't equate to intelligence or maturity." Well, neither does age equate to trustworthiness, responsibility, or maturity. So really, what's the point of your little high-and-mighty post?
All things aside, you're new. And you're doing exactly what every newcomer (most of them these days) to SSF does. You think you know everything about every member, when the facts say otherwise. And don't deny it; dozens of new members have proven this time and time again, which of course led to infractions and bans before they even reached a full year of membership.

And you should know better than to egg on a bunch of kids. Shame on you. :slap

Okay, add delusion to the list ;).

New members think they are the ____. It's funny, I don't think I am and I've been here for a bit. Age means absolutely nothing when it comes to maturity and who to deal with.

I don't care how old you or Elder_Predator2 are. If you've got the money to collect this kind of stuff at your age, then more power to you I say. I was more worried about trying to save to put myself through college and help out my family when I was that age, but I wish I could've bought this kind of stuff then. Thankfully, things worked out pretty well for me and I was at the age where I had a good enough job to afford some of the rarer HT releases like Hicks and Predator 2 Elder when they were first released.

This threads spicier then a Spanish soap opera! I was really dreading arriving to work today due to boredom

seams like PVA has had other bad dealings with other members... i wanna hear those stories... pm them to me....

Really? I've had 2 other "bad" transactions besides this one. One was with a Russian board memeber who was trying to Scam me. He hasn't been online since I won the dispute.

The other was a mistake and a oversight(100% my fault, but I rectified it)

Hey Stag, didn't WE have a similar problem awhile ago???

We're working it out pretty well I think.

What kind of problem?

I ask because in late 2008, Stag listed a Predator 1 lifesize bust for sale. He wanted around a grand and stated over and over again that it was mint. I was close to buying, and I asked by PM one last time if he was positive there were no breaks or cracks. He messaged me back saying he just noticed there was a crack on the bone necklace.

Long story short, I did some searching and I found that he had just bought one on ebay for $550 two weeks earlier with that exact part of the necklace broken off. The pictures of the one he was now selling had a crack in the same place, but it had been glued back together. I'm pretty sure if I didn't keep hounding him about whether he was positive it was absolutely mint, he never would have disclosed the crack or the fact that he just bought it at a major discount from a seller who did disclose the crack.

I'm sure he's a nice guy outside of that experience, but it has always made me leery of trading in the collectibles market. Especially because this forum shies away from the posting of PMs and the divulging of this kind of information in the sale/trade section. I wish everyone on here would be more honest with each other.

I think it's quite entertaining to be honest. It's like watching the Kardashians, but it doesn't make me want to shoot myself.

:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

Yea but she looks like dis!!!!!! :exactly:

Sexually explicit for those who are 17 and under please DO NOT look at photo posted, I'm not responsible for all other actions...

She's got both the T and A. Pity they're fake.

It is... but I'll take em. I guess that equates to a recast :rotfl :clap

They don't make the prototypes like they used to that is for sure :lecture
