Try playing Siren Lost Translation man. The game can easily be completed under 5 hours, each scenario is like 10-15 minutes long, but took me 2 years to complete because it's that scary.

Seriously. Give it a shot if you have a PS3.

Sounds about right :lol

I used to get that fear, where I couldn't play the game because I was so tense and scared through the whole thing. I don't get that feeling with games much anymore. Maybe I'm a bit desensitized, but the first 3 SH's still give me that tense feeling. And the atmosphere is still stifling and intense. So I dunno. Must be a combination of desensitization and modern games not being up to snuff.

You're a real man.

Yeah SH3 is one of the best looking games I've ever seen. It's really shocking. Some games don't age. SH3 is a great example of that. I really like the tank controls in it too. It feels a lot more responsive than the older RE games feel. Those games feel a bit dated, but SH3 doesn't feel like that to me.

Yeah, I've played that, I do like it. I've enjoyed all the Siren games. That game gives you a great sense of helplessness.

I finally preordered a Pramid head with lying creature via Big Bad toy store...too lazy to go thru all pages, is the one with the knife the defalt version? Theirs is with a big knife in his hands; just want to make sure that's the one I get from them?

Thanks all

All the RPT statues have the great knife, the difference between the standard and exclusive versions is the creature they are assaulting. Standard is the Lying figure, exclusive is the Mannequin.

Lying creature? off to google!

Update, ok - what used to be called the Patient demon or whatnot...both are cool - man, sucks to have to chose... thanks

I hope that ToyMunkey may in the future be able to release a PVC painted version of this RPT statue from a few years back, done by Headlong - the same sculptor of their current RPT.

Can someone explain how this works? So it seems like the only place to get the exclusive Pyramid Thing that's not sold out is directly from the makers

But it seems like you're preordering it for SDCC or something? How do I order it so that they will ship? It's amazing how bare this site is lol.

Now that SDCC is over, I'm not sure how the process will work, but when I ordered mine at the beginning of the month I paid up front the initial cost of the statue. Just earlier today actually, they sent me an email with the shipping rates and instructions to send a separate paypal payment for the shipping method I wanted.

How much was shipping?

The scariest is till Silent Hill 4. Just hate the haunted room & those ghost that can only be stunned with those rare silver bullets, which you are likely to miss. Also hate the Cemetery chase scenario where a mad man is chasing your with a pistol.

Scariest? Probably. The worst gameplay? Definitely. I know it's supposed to reflect Henry's predicament, but the gameplay is just a chore.

Silent hill 4 had, arguably, the most intriguing concept; in the end, it was the weakest of the 'classic' games, thanks in part to a rushed schedule...the needless backtracking was a cheap way to lengthen a very short game

That said, it is an enjoyable game - if you can judge it on its own merits

I don't see why Silent Hill HC, SM & Downpour aren't considered "classic". It's not like RE4 where they totally revamped the system from the "classic" RE series.
