yeah, I am glad I got my money back - their stuff is cool, but if you dont communicate with your customer base, disaster will usually ensue

It's really just very irritating, they keep making those ridiculous posts on FB saying to contact them through email, but they don't respond. they certainly took the time to contact everyone when they wanted payment for shipping!!!
