Yeah art figures puts out good figures for the price love their punisher figures and their navy seal Bruce Willis Was also great

Anybody hear of ART-FIGURES yet? They seem to do some pretty good stuff. "The King" (Aragorn) looks really good.

They are interested in having me do paint and "other" work for them as long as they can get enough interest from the U.S. market for their stuff. Check 'em out.

Yeah, they were the ones that also did the two Punisher figures - Saves (Stevenson from Punisher: War Zone) and Avenger (Jane from the Punisher). They've done a few other figures, but the Punishers have been their two biggest hits. They aren't bad figures at all for $100 bootlegs.

Finally got around to taking some new pics of this 1/4 scale Cutey Honey model kit I painted back in the 90's. Thought I'd share it here. Hope it's okay with the mods.:1-1:

I always assumed, from your sig, that this was a large multimedia piece based on the "shirt" (if you can call it that).

I just now realized the see-through effect is actually your exquisite paintwork.

You had serious talent even in the '90's :D

Amazing work as always Nathan. Not just on the Xeno, but seeing that old kit you did is awesome too. Your skills are top notch.

She have some cloth over her...you know...or you paint it?!

Her top is painted to look see-through. Thanks for the compliments. I sort of learned that trick from a great model kit master of the 90s named David Fisher. He actually still does paint work, and even does stuff for Sideshow.

A little tease of a side custom I worked on for myself while doing another recent project. I'll show more of it later.

This is going to be great. Not sure but it almost looks like she has some stressed viens around the battle damage. If that is the case nice touch Nathan. Also Cutie Honey looks sharp. Love the hair color and the execution on the see through top.

Thanks. Yes, she does have stressed veins. Good eye. They aren't much more obvious than what's in the pic though.

And before anyone thinks it, no, I did not embed Endo parts from other Terminator figures. I sculpted the new stuff in.

I have the ability to sculpt, but I don't yet have the experience or knowledge to sculpt in wax or most clays. The only sculpting experience I have is in changing/adding details on pre-existing stuff using two-part putty. Imagine the stuff I can do if I get used to working with other sculpting mediums.

Indeed because that work is stunning. Look forward to seeing the completed head. Again, that eye, its amazing what you've done with just paint to make it look so real - I'm assuming, like your red-eyed Glau paintjob, thats not an activated LED we're looking at.

I originally intended only to modify the endo eye socket to reflect what I think her actual bone structure might be, but then I got the crazy idea to see what the inside of her cheek might look like. So I went for it. I also was curious what a blue eye would look like since a lot of the Cameron art features a blue eye. Ultimately, I like the red better, but it's still cool and different.

I will not be taking commissions to duplicate these modifications. This was a one time thing for my own collection.

A future enhancement will be to embed some of this NECA Terminator arm into her arm so that a little of it is showing.
