Granted I don't have this piece in-hand, but I honestly think this will surpass (in terms of "awe" factor) any Marvel comiquette that SS has released to date. (I'm sure this will stir up some comments.

Very true! It's times like these I'm glad I purchase directly through Sideshow. While the QC has been less than stellar lately, I will say that their returns/exchange department has been more than accommodating. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I won't need to talk to them with this one!

If SS has issues with the application of a SINGLE color....they have some serious issues on their hands. It would be even worse than the 1:1 IM busts 2 tone color scheme disaster.

it is sad that we have to worry about such things... i used to only worry about shipping breakage now this!! argg oh well i know sideshow will take care me if this where to occur.

I think it has the bluish tint to it. I'm not 100% sure though. I have the 1:1 bust, but haven't had any issues with that. *knocks on wood*

They might! I have no idea on the Surfer though, in terms of ES of the Ex. I think it will be higher, but who knows. The regular edition basically offers all of the goodies minus the print, so people will probably be more inclined to save a few extra bucks, which might drive down the ES of the Ex. Long story short, I think it will be an ES of 750ish for the Ex. (That's a total guess though.)
