I've honestly never done it, but I don't think you can PPO via telephone. But again, I'm not sure.

I PPO'd both Boushh and Old Ben via telephone. It can be done but its fairly stressful because they get slammed with calls especially when there are site errors.

Isn't here a certain rule though or something that you can't phone in for special items... I thought I read that somewhere, guess not

They changed that policy. You can earn reward points now via phone.

"As of January 8th, 2009, phone orders will be eligible to earn reward points. Collectors will not be able to earn rewards on purchases made using your Sideshow Rewards, a gift card, e-coupon or other discount."
