Yep. Cobra Commander came with it. It could squirt water too.

It came with this figure (https://cgi.ebay.com/Cobra-Commande...921?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f03ad97f1) which I purchased from eBay as well, I normally don't use Hasbro stuff but this I couldn't pass up as it was perfect, if it wasn't decent quality I would of never used it but it actually very solid and surprising has a good weight to it for a weapon or accessory.
Hasbro is usually hit and miss with most stuff like my buddy NAM would say which actually brought the staff up to my attention
but to give it that extra notch up to match the figure being created I gave it a repaint and added some real leather ribbing to the handle for more authentic feel.
I couldn't pass it up as it was perfect for the Emperor of Cobra
edit: but the rest of CC is not so good

Thank you fellas, working on Serps nogging as we speak, getting the rest of that scale detail to the back of the sculpt and then it's off to painting.
I'll have to paint the face before sculpting the teeth because I'm sure that would be a pain to paint through while those are in the way

We think that Hasbro was going to make a Serpentor figure but at the last minute bailed.
I was very happy once I unpacked it and was like NO ____ this is unreal!!!! (size of the staff threw me off as well
) I think I like it better than Sideshow's Cobra Commander's Ex staff 
I'm gonna get reamed for that one, watch

Well Sideshow never made anything that squirts water, so Hasbro takes the win there!

yeah I did, that's the best way to put it, it's exactly why I used it because of the mouth.
