Looking at it again, I'm thinking it's pretty obvious that it's a before and after.

Very impressed with your skin tones!

My only criticism would be to get rid of the Sideshow eye dot (looks like you didn't repaint the eyes) and give the eyes a nice shiny gloss.

Natural light in the eyes is much better than painted light. I hate the dot!

Yea your right, I didn't touch the eyes yet, just the skin tones.

The hair and lips are a big improvement on Duke. That factory hair was horrible. I've never been much of a helmeted Duke fan, but I've kept mine helmeted just to keep that hair hidden.
