So I was thinking about the backpack and how to get it to attach... I wanted to be able to take it off and stuff... but the hook sort of idea was a bit pants as if kept falling of when I was playing with my dollies... which is just rubbish.... so I need to think of a different plan...

lol i tried magnets but didn't have enough so i used a curtain end hook thingy and modded it.

I found these when I was looking at the tiny 23mm Warhammer figures... they use then for bases... I got them a while back when I made those stormtrooper holsters... but these are wider. about 5mm I think. They are really cool and has so much potential.

I was thinking of using then to attach the pouches and the frag grenades and even maybe to help hold the bolter in is hand and they would be cool to hold my hat on in high winds I would just need to glue a few on my head.

So I glued just 3 to the backplate... and when they had stuck I placed 3 more on top (so they were stacked in 2s) then popped a wee dram of glue on the magnets and place the backpack on... then when they had stuck I just pulled the pack off chuffin grand....

I think if I put a few more on I would be able to lift the marine by the backpack with out is falling off.

Mark off the subject here lol Do you have a SSC squad leader sandie? Trying to figure out from pics what the orange part of the pauldron is made from im guessig some kind of vinyl or leatherette ?

I just painted up one of the white paulrdons for mine... but its a sort of cloth vinyl thing... Did you get my message about the sandie by the way mate.
