some people aren't fond of this one but I think it will look great next to the cave troll. The dwarf can always be removed and a dab of paint added if people don't like that. From what I can tell it shouldn't be too difficult to take him off. I could be wrong though.

The Snow Troll is available on SS's site again. It shows less than 20 remaining. It kind of surpirses me that it's not on wait list anymore. I still think this is going to be one of those pieces that people will regret missing out on in a year or so.

I'm not surprised to be honest. It's an expensive statue and a few always get canceled as we get closer to shipping.

I may cancel this piece depending on how expensive I go for tickets to go see Paul McCartney.... Back in Texas for the first time in 7 years I think.

I actually think I will cancel this and pick it up later. Not because of McCartney tickets (Which I just ordered ) but because it's not a staple (or even Movie or Book canon) character. If the in hand pics and reviews show it's worth, I will definitely pick it up.

I had to cancell mine becouse I need the money for Barad-Dur. I've save money for the upcomings Hobbit items (I think October will be a hard month for my bank account with a lot of dwarves coming home).
Anyway, I've seen one retailer that will have it cheaper than if I buy it directly from Sideshow...if I've more money in a short period of time I'll try to buy it.

Well we know there were at least 20. As I said before always a few just before things ship. I gave a few things the axe last weekend from other licesnes so I can work around getting things from lotr and the hobbit..
