I actually agree! I saw a lot of bad reviews as well, but I thought it was a great movie and really enjoyed it! Glad I got the Best Buy steelbook version!

I liked it enough to buy it on BluRay; but am I the only one who liked it in a TV special sort of way?

It reminded me more of 7th Kingdom and less of something made with relevant cast as a supposed blockbuster movie.

As i said I enjoyed it, but I'm glad I didn't waste time watching it on the big screen.

I thought this movie was terrible and I could barely stay awake in the theater when I saw it.

Kristen sucked as usual. Hemsworth was not interesting enough and Charlize overacted so bad it was annoying.

And what **** does that mean lol. I'm not one of them if likes or dislikes something expects everyone to think the same as me but its good there's people who liked this movie. Unfortunately it did little for me. My wife really enjoyed it though, good for her

A review worthy of its own thread??

Umm...this is a section for movie reviews correct? So yes it does belong here. This is by far not my favorite movie in the world and will probably not watch it again but again I enjoyed it all the way through even with the over acting...but the effects of this movie really made it for me.
Again IMO a movie worth watching once. A perfect movie for one of those dinner and movie date nights.

There are threads dedicated to a film, and the news/discussion/reviews come from there. Not separate reviews for every movie out there.

Worth,no,but I watched much much worse,and dont think this movie will make you feel better if you are borred.

It is pretty slow paced pretty much most of the movie...so yes more than likely you will be bored out of your mind.

I didn't think it was too bad, as I said before, think TV movie; Ella Enchanted, 7th Kingdom, etc...

It was definitely lacking in story, character, and acting for a "Hollywood Summer" movie, but it wasn't dreadful. (ok, parts were)

i felt she was just rehashing the stupid twilight movie over in her head. other than that liked the movie.
