I can see this being a real sleeper, along the lines of Sunshine, which is awesome.

I've been wanting to see that for a while this one sounds interesting too. I like the setting. And obviously the train is called "Snow Peircer." It crushes all the ice and snow in front of it and peirces straight though. What more explanation do we need???

i'd say its a DECENT sci-fi movie. focus more on the story than say... how those train tracks are maintained and what not.

Guess I will not watch this in theatres and will wait for the original cut on Blu-ray.

If what I'm reading on IMDB is any indication, he's right.

its humanity in a fishbowl. scary mind boggling shat. i like the story. i think there was an animated short, prequel-ish.

*if you tweak some of the subplot i would have thought this was one of asimov's shorties.

I tried to keep up the buzz in this thread but got the impression that only a few people cared.
I'm waiting to order the Korean blu ray release of this so look forward to it, glad to here some of you guys have enjoyed it.
