Can you explain why? Lando was set up as having a "pansexual" thing for a robot - which, if you think about it, is kind of in poor taste in and of itself given everyone seems to think SW movies are for children.

Han shanked by his own son. Luke with a Force-induced stroke. Leia off-screen no doubt after getting blown into space once already. I wonder how Lando goes. The Star Wars universe isn't kind to senior citizens.

Yeah any older character in a ST movie is like the athlete who just got the scholarship in "Don't be a Menace to Society..." where there's a target that is superimposed over him whenever he shows up in a scene.

Back to figures. I think sure bets of getting released would be Luke, Kylo, Rey and Red Trooper. Maybes would be Poe, Chewie.
