I think he will be shown, there's space for him in the civil war setup they have.
Plus webbing on caps foot might mean something hopefully

Are we sure that's webbing and not something holding Cap in place?

Looking at a photo on the Facebook Hot Toys page, it looks like it's holding him in place perhaps...

I want to be wrong because I badly want a Spidey for my collection!!
