Finally! Ever since Commander Bly was released I've wanted a 327th trooper to go along with him. And thanks to my buddy Spider that's now a reality.
I painted both helmets from Veteran buckets and had to do some extensive modding on Bly's range finders to fit them to the new helmet. And they still are functional. Hope you guys like him.

Thanks guys! Yeah Nate I'm thinking I'm probably going to display her with an extra padawan Obi Wan cloak I have to hide the imperfections of the figure. And yes Chaka I'm running out of room. haha

Another quick weekend project.
I put together another Clone Wars Obi Wan from the latter half of the series. I had to use a clone body as the base in order for the armor to fit on his arms and for the clone hands to work. I also shaved off the comlink that comes on the clone armor on the right arm and made the comlink on the left arm as it appears in the series (also made one for Anakin). For the boots I took the feet from TPM Kenobi and modded the pegs to make them fit to the clone body and cut the boot shafts from the ROTS Kenobi boots. Works the same as the design from TPM Kenobi and looks great. I still need to paint the boots to match though. I'm very happy with how he turned out and now my Kenobi collection is complete.








I also started another clone upgrade. This is mostly due to me buying a Shiny bucket to use on my Bly and then deciding that I wanted the weathered look of the Veteran bucket so I put this spare Shiny to good use.





I'm kind of torn whether I want to paint his visor red or leave it the gloss black. I think it looks pretty awesome as the black. If I paint it red I'm going to go with a bit of a darker shade than the original. What do you guys think?

Its not a canon character so technically you can make it fluorescent pink if you want. Having said that, I would go chrome or at least as close as you can get to it with paint.

Phase II Obiwan looks great by the way, as does Anakin. I like the addition of the communicator. Oh and you still need an Ahsoka lol

Edit: finished the Shadow trooper helmet. Think I'm going to stick with the black visor.

On a side note I was counting the number of Star Wars Sideshow figures I have in my head last night and I figured up 114 not counting the three customs I have in the works. I think I'm addicted.

I lost count years ago. I presume I would have almost as much as what you listed if you count the customs. I haven`t bought any prequel stuff in a long time as I lost interest after all the clone repaints with different names blah. but did get the probe droid and will get the other figures that are coming out with all the hoth love. and the new biker scout luke x-wing gear and the new tie pilot.

I'm definately interested in the Speeder Scout. Not sure on the others. My likes are more of the generic troops.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. That's why I'm addicted to the clones. I love all the different color schemes as they vary from unit to unit. Lately I've been really into Imperials and Rebels, which is why I'm definitely getting the Tie pilot and since I'm getting him I'm going to get the Luke (plus I'm currently working on a few custom Yavin rebels that will go great with the Luke pilot. And scouts I have been looking forward to for a looooonnnng time.

The last Imperial (for now) that I'm waiting to finish is Tarkin. I'm close to finishing 4 rebels that I hope to revel later this week. Just waiting on a few more items to come in and a head sculpt for one of them.
