yup....SW fans complain until there is nothing to complain about, then complain about that---but they'll still end up buying it anyways.

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. But if you got on the waitlist this early, you will get converted. I have not missed in about 8 or 9 waitlist orders when they are within the first hour or so.

Don't get how, if the regular has a run of 1500, once they sell out on the sideshow site to 1500 customers, what's left to supply to other retailers like forbddenplanet and the like?

I also think the exclusive isn't that great at all. A tiny Kamino dart? That's it? I really wanted the extra head with the soaking wet look on it from when OW fought Jango Fett on Kamino outside in the rain. Indy got an extra "hatless" head. Luke Skywalker earlier this year got the floppy hat and goggles as its exclusives. Han Solo got the goofy blue drink in a cup, and the extra blaster pistol. So...why is Obi-Wan now...getting a dart?

Don't get me wrong. I'm still buying him. He's a great looking figure. I like the Ep. II head sculpt, and his outfit. It's slightly different than his outfit in Ep. III. Maybe a great caster can/will do the "wet head" Obi-Wan for me someday.

Or just maybe that will be an exclusive with Jango?

If all else fails i'll be glued to ebay till one is listed. Which will probably be every blue moon over here in the UK. Worry about that next year though I suppose!

I got on just after it sold out, i think. I was too busy watching movie trailers and looking for a present for my dad. Then i looked at the time and "OH F^^^!!!"

SSC will just list a 1500 piece ES for the Regular, but a percentage of that has already been allotted for retailers I'm sure, and if retailer orders aren't what they projected, wait list conversions and second chance offerings will occur.
