This may have already been answered, but can someone tell me how the QC thing works for SS? I was under the impression that all the QC was done in China prior to packaging (I guess by the factory), and that they then shipped it over to SS, who then ship products out to consumers without reopening the packaging (hence things like paint flaking etc. due to lack of curing time at factory, etc.).

I wouldn't be too enthusiastic TBH. They are just saying they haven't received the replacements yet (Not that they are recalling the heads) and if he wishes to get one, he can be placed on a waitlist, which the way that I see it, doesn't necessarily mean he will be able to get one

I still have plenty of paint / cast issues on my body but even having said that the heads were my main gripe.

Just got the noticed about the rogue reg head. They might have a replacement but not till Dec.or I can take the $30 credit.

Though this still doesn't say anything about the damaged prints? Im going to put myself on the WL for getting a replacements.

For me there is no other choice but a replacement head. Now need to check email to see if ingot something.

Im with you Iron, Rogue is essential for me! She is my favorite marvel girl and catwoman my favorite DC.

I havent receivd a response yet but would be excited for a proper head no matter how long the wait. It would be a tremoundous morale boost for SS loyal collectors.

Witch hunts? Really? That's how you rationalize this? Don't drown in your idle conspiracy theories. This thread isn't about your so called "mob mentality" either.

Let me bottom line it for you. This has happened with other statue/busts from SSC before. But to change the photos on the site to match what's actually being shipped to customers is real shaky and just plain wrong. Think of how many people who don't belong to a forum like this who don't know any better. When this kind of debacle becomes a trend, it plants the seed of doubt in my head for all future orders.

This is fallacious thinking. I'm sure there are hundreds of people that received Rogue and have no problem with it. Because of this forum there are now many people that were perfectly fine and happy with Rogue until some people told them they shouldn't be.
