SSC and possible fake WL? Why I have doubts now.

Thats why I've been saying IMO? There's not wrong with questioning a motive or what I call perceive coincidense with how WL converts so easily

Yes, but if you end up NOT liking the statue, you can return it for a full refund. If you are unsatisfied and call Sideshow, they will work with you. I just talked to them on live chat about this.

I guess I just have more self control than many people - discounts (ie Black Friday) do not make me buy things I don't already want or need. Same thing with a WL. That's seems to be more of a personal vice or whatever you want to call it, than a Sideshow problem.

I just find it absurd that you're blaming sideshow because you're trying to beat the NRD and failed. If you don't want something, don't jump on the wait list. Whether it converts or not, or how fast or slow, is irrelevant. As I said earlier, the Wait List is more of a detourant than it is an enticement and using that as a base for your argument is ridiculous.

Lying is always unethical don't you think? I know that no one is forcing anyone to click on the order button but trying to manipulate collectors into getting on WL by announcing fake SOLD OUTS can't be considered ethical. I think this is basically the point VS is trying to make with this thread

I don't go out on Black Friday. Dealing with the crowds makes saving some $$ not worth it for me. I will check out online deals though and buy that way if there is something I want or to stock up on Christmas gifts for others.

I tend to side more with the argument that when it gets down to a certain number they probably have it changed to a WL to make sure they don't oversell the product. They would get crap for that too. I guess Sideshow can't win no matter what they do.
